Our dough is made from the best ingredients that we can find, predominantly sourced in the UK, with our UK flour millers within 10 miles of the factory. In striving to continually grow our knowledge and expertise, we successfully develop products that meet the needs and ambitions of you – our customers and consumers.

We started in 2010 as a family-run business, and through many years supporting our customers through private label and brand products, we’ve seen that food made with care and love can lead to moments of joy in the eating.

We want everyone to experience that for themselves, and we’re transforming the production and creation of dough to help us deliver the highest quality dough and pastry in the market.

In 2016 we joined the Cérélia group, a French owned pastry and dough manufacturing company headquarterd in France. Since then we have continued together on our growth journey, moving to a new factory in 2020.
